The ladies evening was judged a success by those who attended.  John and Joan presented a thought-provoking quiz, which generated the usual complaints from the participants. 

 

The Ladies Choice prize was won by Derrick Moate, with a fine display of wooden flowers in a segmented vase, shown opposite.

 

During the interval, members enjoyed a cold buffet prepared by Lorraine Allen.  Recipes for the Coronation Chicken are now on sale!
