·        Bob Antmann wins the Reg Bailey Cup for 2007 with a superb piece of hollow turning in Yew.

·        John Bowles agrees to stand as Chairman for another year, supported by Ken Saxton as Vice Chairman, who also steps in as Treasurer.

·        Brian Collins is awarded an Honorary Life Membership for his services to the club in providing a never ending supply of turning blanks.

·       The club Chess Set was finanlly completed and displayed for all to see (see photo).

·        Subscriptions remain the same for 2007.

·        Committee to investigate the purchase of a new WivaMac lathe to replace the ageing Axminster.
